Our historic church in Fort Davis needed an upgrade in Internet service so we changed companies to BBT. Your installer did an excellent job – over and above what would be expected. He not only respected our beautiful building, but he did not give up when there were difficulties encountered in the installation process. Then, because of this professionalism, I began asking him questions about my home service and as a result of him being able to answer everything more than satisfactorily, after 11 years with another service provider, I am switching my personal account to Big Bend at my home in Fort Davis. I truly look forward to greatly improved service and supporting a West Texas company!
