Set Up BBT Mobile

Before switching to BBT Mobile, here are a few things to have ready.

Before You Order

  • Must have BBT Broadband to subscribe to BBT Mobile.
  • Valid email required for eBill.
  • Valid credit or debit card required for autopay.
  • Billing is separate from BBT Broadband and Voice services.

Keep Your Number

  • Get your porting PIN from your current mobile provider.
  • BBT Mobile can help with the number transfer process.
  • Do not cancel your current service before the transfer is complete.

Bring Your Own Device

  • Find your phone’s IMEI number in your device settings.
  • Select “Bring Your Own” on the BBT Mobile shop page.
  • Enter your IMEI to check compatibility.
  • Unlock, update, and back up your phone before switching.
